Welcome to Westfield Stud, the home of John Brodie, a traditional cob stallion imported from England at Christmas 2006. Also known as gypsy cobs or vanners, these cobs are well known for their exceptionally placid temperaments, good bone and solid build, and their ability to achieve success in all disciplines. |

| Our aim has to been to breed large
ponies and small hacks, nice solid hunter types, that are versatile and
suitable for all levels of riders. We enjoyed 9 years of breeding
with our first stallion Kaha Warrior and with John Brodie since
2007. Being homozygous, John Brodie is a guaranteed 100%
colour producer and his first crop of foals were everything we could
have wished for.
